If you’ve been to a Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville, you know the (welcome) routine: Celebrate with a big beach party featuring lots of tequila and other adult beverages. And come April you’ll be able to experience the fun on a floating island-like cruise aboard the Margaritaville at Sea Paradise.
It’s the brand’s first cruise ship — and it floats out on April 30, 2022 from the port of Palm Beach, Florida. Like its landside counterparts, it will offer decadent delights from which to escape the woes of the world.
Margaritaville at Sea Paradise features 10 passenger decks and 658 cabins. It will make two-day, three-night trips to Grand Bahama, where passengers can extend their stay for four to six nights.
Details about the new ship
Margaritaville at Sea Paradise is the reincarnation of Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line’s flagship vessel Grand Classica. The cruises include dining at JWB Prime Steak & Seafood, Frank and Lola’s Pizzeria, Port of Indecision Buffet, LandShark Sports Bar and Margaritaville Coffee & Pastry Shop.
No party cruise is complete without bars. And this ship doesn't let you down. Tipplers can choose from choices such as the Euphoria Lounge, Sunset Bar and 5 O'clock Somewhere Bar. For those looking to try their luck, the Par-A-Dice Casino will feature hours of gambling.
On the entertainment front, the Stars on the Water Theater will feature stage shows. Of course, there has to be a place for pamper-seekers. And there is at the St. Somewhere Spa. The short trip doesn’t allow too much time for exercise but there is a Fins Up! Fitness Center if you can fit it in.
