How our Bliss Filters work
The MSC experience consists of hospitality, delicious dining and innovative exterior and interior design.
Twelve ships in the fleet sail year-round in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean as well as seasonally in Northern Europe, the Atlantic Ocean, South America, South Africa and Middle East.
On board you'll get a taste of the Mediterranean way of life. During a sailing, guests are encouraged to slow down and enjoy the options your MSC vacation has to offer. We love the gourmet dining experiences on board (especially the fresh pasta), which combines the best of Mediterranean and international cuisine.
MSC Cruises was born in the Mediterranean and continues to draw inspiration from its roots, with the company’s distinctly Mediterranean way of life creating a distinctive experience for travelers around the world.
In the fields of service and comfort, MSC Cruises is continuing to set new standards in upscale cruising. Groundbreaking initiatives include the MSC AureaSpa, a lavish Balinese wellness center and the MSC Yacht Club, an exclusive ship-within-a-ship concept with concierge services, elegant suites, butler service, a private lounge and sundeck. You'll find that the line places a high priority on entertainment, and there are plenty of activities to do all day and night. Or, you can just hang out at one of the comfortable lounges sipping a cappuccino or enjoying a slice of pizza or cup of gelato.
Be aware that dinners served in the main dining rooms have assigned seating and set dining times.
MSC Cruises offers innovative itineraries, great family deals and some luxury perks. Kids 12 and under sail free on select sailings when traveling as the third and/or fourth guests in a stateroom with two adults, and receive discounts on shore excursions as well. See more details in Eileen Ogintz's article Family cruises on MSC Cruises, part of our Family Cruise Guide 2016.
While MSC Divina's Caribbean itineraries attract chiefly Americans and Canadians, the other MSC ships typically have a largely European complexion. Couples and families make up the majority of travelers. During school breaks, the line's “kids sail free” specials attract lots of families new to cruising. Longer voyages attract more seasoned cruisers.
MSC ships sail the seas around Europe, the Caribbean, South America and beyond. You'll find the line's elegant vessels in ports such as Marseille, Copenhagen, Stockholm and St. Petersburg. See each ship below for her upcoming itineraries.
