Luxury cruise line Silversea doesn't offer weddings at sea or on land but does hold renewal of vows ceremonies. Private vow renewals are held at no charge, as long as you put in your request at least 90 days in advance. The ship captain or cruise director officiates. Champagne and cake are served, and you'll receive a certificate to commemorate the event. You can make other special arrangements for an additional cost.

Note: Seabourn, another all-inclusive luxury line, creates custom events for individuals with a different touch for each vow renewal. In many cases, there's no added charge for the vow renewal. 10At sea, Holland America Line’s Renewal of Vows package takes a simple, traditional approach; invitations are available for the couple to invite guests to the ceremony and reception, the bride receives a corsage and there is a formal ceremony followed by a celebration with live music, champagne, wine and hors d’oeuvre served by the ship’s staff. The package includes a professional photo, a photo album, and dinner for two on one evening in the Pinnacle Grill. Couples sailing on Caribbean and Panama Canal cruises that visit Half Moon Cay — the company’s private island in the Bahamas — are able to renew their vows in a traditional Bahamian chapel nestled in a garden overlooking the water.
