Carnival Horizon: New ship plies the Caribbean in style
Carnival Horizon, which debuted in April 2018, is a bold, sophisticated, gorgeous ship brimming with activities, dining options, and bars and lounges galore. The ship carries 3,936 passengers (double occupancy) and 1,450 crew members — both identical to sister ship Carnival Vista — and it measures the same 133,457 gross registered tons.
Horizon features a host of restaurants and bars, including Cucina del Capitano, JiJi Asian Kitchen, the Chef's Table, Bonsai Sushi, Umami, Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse, Seafood Shack, Guy's Burger Joint, BlueIguana Cantina and Tequila Bar.
It also features popular attractions that debuted on Vista, including SkyRide, the RedFrog Pub and Brewery, IMAX movie theater, WaterWorks aqua park with Kaleid-o-slide, and new stateroom categories, including the Family Harbor cabins and tropical Havana Cabana cabins and suites.
