The last Conquest-class ship to be built for Carnival Cruise Line, Carnival Freedom is inspired by and pays tribute to decades of the past, so passengers feel as if they are stepping into not only a different place, but a different time entirely.
Highlights on board include quality entertainment, the surprisingly fast Wi-Fi connection on board and popular staples such as Guy's Burger Joint, BlueIguana Cantina and other mainstays.
Along with Carnival's extensive food options, from casual fare at the Freedom Restaurant on Lido Deck to dining room favorites at Posh and Chic, the ship has plenty of spots to socialize over cocktails such as Alchemy Bar or the 70's Dance Club. Adults can enjoy relaxation at the Serenity Adult-Only Retreat, while kids can find friends at three youth spaces, splash around with them on the ship's many pools, speed down the Twister Waterslide or play a round of mini-golf.
Where Carnival Freedom sails
Carnival Freedom sails a wide range of itineraries. The ship sails out of Seattle to Alaska during the summer months. From fall to spring, Carnival Freedom sails out of Miami on 2- to 10-day itineraries to the Bahamas and Caribbean as well as longer itineraries to the Panama Canal.

Blue Iguana Cantina
Enjoy Mexican dining on Carnival Freedom at the BlueIguana Cantina, with a menu that features freshly made tacos and burritos with homemade tortillas and salsa. A casual dining experience that offers a family-friendly outing during your daily activities.
Guy's Burger Joint
Restauranteur, best-selling author and Food Network personality Guy Fieri has teamed up with Carnival to grill up the best burgers at sea. Fieri brings all the authentic appeal of a roadside burger shack to Guy’s Burger Joint, a poolside spot for burgers and hand-cut fries.
Supper Club
For more intimate dining, Carnival Freedom features a reservations-only supper club with a Manhattan-chic setting and a menu that includes steakhouse favorites.

Hasbro, The Game Show
Play giant versions of your favorite Hasbro games, such as Connect 4 and Yahtzee, with friends and family on stage with the chance to win prizes. Hasbro, The Game Show, puts a fun twist on these and other recreation room favorites.
Playlist Productions
Take your favorite musical hits — rock, pop, hip-hop or showtunes — and put them live on stage, transforming them into full blown productions featuring pro singers and dancers rocking the house. Playlist Productions is your favorite music come-to-life on stage.
Seuss at Sea
The whimsical and always wonderful world of Dr. Seuss comes alive to Carnival Freedom as the famous author's stories leap off the page and onto Seuss at Sea. Passengers can enjoy a special onboard character parade, interactive story time, arts & crafts activities, character breakfast featuring their favorite Dr. Seuss friends and more.
The Punchliner Comedy Club
Carnival teamed up with renowned comedian and TV personality George Lopez, who helped select talent for the fleetwide Punchliner Comedy Clubs. Guests can enjoy an evening laughing along to the comedians’ jokes.
Bars & lounges
Alchemy Bar
Sample inspired cocktails served at this unique vintage-themed cocktail “pharmacy.” Creative mixologists concoct both nonalcoholic and alcoholic elixirs, or create a custom drink from a variety of unique ingredients.
EA SPORTS Bar
Sports fans can catch their favorite teams play at the EA SPORTS Bar. Along with enjoying drinks and snacks from the bar, passengers can enjoy watching match-ups live on big flat-screen TVs, and keep up with real-time scores from across the sports world. EA SPORTS Bar also provides consoles with the latest video game titles, for a little onboard competition between friends.
Redfrog Pub
This Key West-inspired pub is set in a laid-back, island atmosphere with Caribbean fare, a foosball table, and live music, where patrons can sample a signature private-label brew, ThirstyFrog Red.
BlueIguana Tequila Bar
BlueIguana Tequila Bar is the onboard poolside spot to enjoy a frozen tequila drink or an ice-cold Mexican beer. The menu offers up Mexican favorites, including several brands of tequila and beer as well as a lineup of frozen concoctions, cocktails and margaritas served by the glass or by the pitcher, and even a special Mexican beer cocktail.
Activities on board
Twister Waterslide
A yellow symbol of fun and merriment, the spiraling Twister Waterslide atop Carnival Freedom offers twists, turns and squeals of delight for kids and adults alike. Gallons of water course through the hundreds of feet of slide length for a classic waterslide photo-finish.
Camp Ocean
Camp Ocean is a kids-centric zone for 2– to 11-year-olds to stay busy, keep active and have fun as they enjoy all new ocean-themed activities. Campers are supervised based on age groups, each with marine-life label that helps build camaraderie and friendships at sea.
Little ones — ages 2 to 5 — join the Penguin colony and engage in activities like Musical Icebergs and Ocean Bingo. Stingrays form the 6 to 8 year-old group, who might be found enjoying Pirate Game Night, making sea salt art or even designing their own aquarium. The big fish are the Sharks — ages Older children aged 9 to 11 join the Sharks, and can sink their teeth into playing Marine Life Trivia, creating a giant ocean mural, and play sea-themed volleyball or soccer.
Club O2
Teens 15 to 17 can enjoy the latest music with exclusive dance parties at Club O2, as well as video games and movies from the club's comfy seating and video monitors all over the place. They'll even have fun outside of the club, with pool parties, team sports and special teen-only shore excursions.
Staterooms
Carnival Freedom has 42 suites at 350 square feet each, as well as 10 Penthouse Suites at 430 square feet each. Located on Deck 9, stateroom cabin hallways feature wallpaper vistas of the beach and distinct wooden doors. All suite and Penthouse passengers receive VIP check-in and a selection of Elemis bath products from the ship's spa.
