Dynamic cruise executive Edie Rodriguez is hosting Crystal Cruises' first President’s Cruise, which will take place the new luxury river yacht Crystal Mozart in November.
The ebullient CEO and president of luxury travel brand Crystal Cruises will be aboard Crystal Mozart during a special Thanksgiving voyage on the Danube. The 10-day sailing, which departs Vienna on Nov. 22, will offer all-inclusive Crystal Adventures that highlight Germany’s and Austria’s picturesque holiday scenes and traditions. She'll be accompanied by her husband, Tom, for the traditional onboard festivities surrounding the holiday.
During the Danube journey, passengers can expect to enjoy lavish feasts, hosted cocktail receptions and special excursions with Edie herself. The cruises will be highlighted by visits to charming European gems that come to life with twinkling lights, traditional music and merchants of all things festive in holiday markets in and around Austria’s Wachau Valley.
As an added bonus, Crystal Mozart will overnight in Linz, Austria, and do a double night’s stay in Vienna at the end of the trip that allows ample time for exploring the wonderlands of the region. Other calls include Melk, Austria; Passau and Vilshofen an der Donau, Germany; and Bratislava, Slovakia. All inclusive, Crystal Mozart fares start at $3,180 per person.
The 158-passenger Crystal Mozart is the first in a fleet of what will amount to seven luxurious riverboat/yachts that are raising the nautical bar to new heights on river cruises.
