Viking Neptune debuts with a world cruise in late 2022

Snapshot

The ninth ocean ship from Viking Ocean Cruises, Viking Neptune is set to debut in December 2022 with a 138-day world cruise.

Nearly identical to its groundbreaking sister ships, Viking Neptune offers the same inclusive premium cruise experience with itineraries centering on the ports of call. Shore excursions, Wi-Fi as well as beer and wine with lunch and dinner are all included in the price of a fare. Use of the ship's expansive Nordic spa is also free.

Viking Nepture features a choice of several casual dining spots as well as three upscale restaurants for dinner at no extra charge. The ship is home to two pools, an outside infinity pool and a main pool deck encased by a retractable roof, making it the perfect place to relax rain or shine. The interior areas are simple yet elegantly appointed, with blonde tones and an inviting, understated Scandinavian décor.

Where Viking Neptune sails

Viking Neptune will kick off its inaugural year by operating Viking's 2022-2023 World Cruise, a 138-day journey from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., to London departing on Dec. 22, 2022. Initial ports of call include Cozumel, Mexico; Cartagena, Colombia; Colon, Panama; Leon, Nicaragua, and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico after transiting the Panama Canal.
