Wildlife in Patagonia

Guanacos are common in Patagonia. Wild like their cousin the vicuña, guanacos are also related to camels, alpacas and llamas. They can run 35 mph and are excellent swimmers, but one of their best attributes is posing gracefully against the dramatic backdrop of the Andes. In fact, they pose so perfectly it's possible to end up with way too many photos of them. Or maybe that was just me....
