Popular destinations for fan charters include the Bahamas, Mexico, Coco Cay, U.S. Virgin Islands, Barbados, Cayman Islands and Turks and Caicos, with ships sailing out of Florida ports. It’s important to understand that any fan cruise we undertake must involve a close collaboration between our organizations. The cruise lines do not promote fan cruises, leaving it up to us to fill the ship. The cruise lines lock in a financial commitment up front. So it’s vitally important that we be able to work with you to send out offers to season ticket holders so that we sell out the charter. We want the sailing to be successful and memorable for all involved.
We have worked with Fortune 500 companies are are extremely mindful of our partner organizations' branding requirements (eg, what to name the cruise) and the proper chain of authority — so that you're kept in the loop while we bear the brunt of the work involved.
An alternative to a charter is a group cruise where we book a block of rooms but not the entire ship. However, with a group we have no control over activities and events on board.
Sometimes the organizers of a fan cruise partner with a local or national nonprofit or social good organization and a portion of the revenues goes to charity.
