Evrima: Chic sailings on a superyacht from the Ritz-Carlton

Inclusions

A sailing on Evrima is all-inclusive. Your fare covers alcoholic beverages, onboard gratuities, Wi-Fi and meals at all restaurants except one: S.E.A. from a three-star Michelin chef. As we understand this, your fare does not include air fare, pre- or post-hotel accommodations, transfers, luggage handling, individual shore excursions or onboard spa treatments.

Dining

No buffet lines here! With five main restaurants available, guests can choose to dine in a casual, al fresco or sophisticated setting. Dining venues include:

The Evrima Room: The yacht's main restaurant was designed to balance privacy and social connection within a spacious setting. The menu will feature locally inspired creatins. Groups of up to 10 can reserve Dining Privée, a private space for a fully customized lunch or dinner. It's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Talaat Nam: The venue, whose name means water market or floating market in Thai, will serve creative small plate interpretations of Southeast Asian cuisine within a sleek, contemporary space of big ocean views.

S.E.A.: Three-star Michelin chef Sven Elverfeld of Aqua at The Ritz-Carlton in Wolfsburg, Germany, designed this intimate experience as a five-course culinary journey paired with fine wines and Champagne for 28 diners.

Mistral: For al fresco dining, head to this venue, which offers a fresh seafood bar and steaks grilled to order for lunch and dinner. You'll find it aft on Deck 8, with sweeping views of sea and land.

The Pool House: Next to the main pool on Deck 5 is this casual eatery for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a variety of cuisines prepared à la minute.

The Marina Terrace: Open when the ship is anchored, this venue will feature handcrafted cocktails and light bites to nibble at the water’s edge.

Guest can also order in-suite dining from an all-day menu, featuring selections from every dining venue on board.

Staterooms

Each stateroom on Evrima is a suite with a private balcony. Terrace Suites and Mid Suites are 312 square feet and come furnished with modern amenities.

Terrace Suites include:

  • Dedicated Personal Assistant (for all suite categories)
  • Private terrace overlooking the ocean

  • State of the art espresso machine, with complimentary coffees and teas

Larger suites include all of the above and more. Signature Suites are 474 square feet. A Grand Suite runs 635 square feet. A Loft Suite sleeps three and is 700 square feet. A View Suite is 571-624 square feet, and the sumptuous Owner's Suite is 1,098 square feet.

On board

Like others in its class — say, SeaDream — the focus of the itineraries is on the destinations. On board you'll find a social gathering place and piano bar in The Living Room, an Observation Lounge to take in the sights at sea or in port and the Marinta Terrance for drinks and light bites. At times the Observation Lounge and Living Room will feature performances by in-house entertainment and local celebrity musicians.

Designed with spaciousness in mind, the ship offers open areas for guests to be able to lounge, meet with friends or enjoy a cocktail by the pool. Looking to relax?  Treat yourself to a restorative spa experience in the Spa Treatment Room, which offers the option of an outdoor spa area.

At the aft of the ship, the Marina features a multi-function platform that allows guests direct access to the water. Those looking to explore outside the yacht can use the kayaks and paddle boards at no extra charge.

The ship has 10 decks, eight of them accessible to guests.

Port visits

Unlike larger ships, where you have to be back on board by 4 or 6 pm, the pace permits in-depth exploration of the villages and seaside towns, with itineraries that often include extended stays and overnights in port.

Fun fact

The name Evrima (pronounced EV-ruh-muh) comes from the Greek word for "discovery."
