S.S. Joie de Vivre: See France on Uniworld's newest ship
Snapshot
S.S. Joie de Vivre from Uniworld debuted in March 2017, carrying only 128 passengers and showcasing handcrafted furniture, fine art, sumptuous fabrics and beautiful antiques. At 410 feet (125 meters) long, the ship is smaller than its sister Super Ships but is the longest permissible for the Seine.
The ship's Salon de Toulouse features a full-service bar and art and antiques curated from renowned auction houses and private collections. Enticing dining venues include Le Restaurant Pigalle, Bistro Saint-Germain and Café Flore. Intimately scaled so it can dock in the heart of Paris, the Joie de Vivre features all-river-view staterooms, including two Royal Suites, eight Junior Suites, and 54 staterooms, all with made-to-order Savoir of England beds and marble-lined bathrooms.
Featuring exceptional cuisine, stellar service, two dining venues, a fitness room, and a pool that transforms into an outdoor cinema or dance floor, this elegant floating hotel promises a vacation experience that reflects "the joy of living."
