Oceania Marina during inaugural cruise from Florida to California
How our Bliss Filters work
Wow so long ago yet still fresh in my memory, a Panama Canal cruise on the then new Oceania Marina from Florida to California in 2010. There's little that compares to being on brand new ship where everything is so fresh and as yet somewhat unspoiled. And, after more than two weeks on the Marina, it's hard to find food on many other ships that are as good as the what the chefs serve in the restaurants. Thanks to a president and founder of the cruise line Frank Del Rio, a major epicurean aka: foodie, cuisine is king on Oceania with really fresh ingredients, fruit that is ripe (not joking, on many ships they serve hard as a rock papaya or mango) and cooked just right, most of the time. i
