Wow so long ago yet still fresh in my memory, a Panama Canal cruise on the then new Oceania Marina from Florida to California in 2010. There's little that compares to being on brand new ship where everything is so fresh and as yet somewhat unspoiled. And, after more than two weeks on the Marina, it's hard to find food on many other ships that are as good as the what the chefs serve in the restaurants.
