Fitness classes on cruise ships

This is the third of a three-part series on wellness options at sea. Also see:

For fitness buffs and anyone who wants to stay in shape on a cruise, you can hit the Stairmasters on board, sure, but to really step it up, sign up for a fitness class. Some are free, some charge a nominal sum (depending on the cruise line), and personal training costs a bit more for the one-on-one attention.
