One of the many pleasures of dining on a cruise ship are the elaborate and decadent desserts to choose from. I am always amazed at the variety available and the presentation. I usually find more than one dessert on the menu that I would like to try. Add in a nice cappuccino and I am in heaven.

Chocolate-covered strawberries await a guest in his stateroom on the first day of a sailing on Ruby Princess. I always make sure there are chocolate covered strawberries in the cabin on embarkation day for my wife. it has become tradition.
