 Haliimaile General Store dishes out a fantasy of flavors that redefines fine cooking and has been since top Chef Bev Gannon and her husband Joe opened the chic but casual restaurant 30 years ago. Each time we go it's a good as the last, but ever evolving. 

One of the top chefs in the Islands, Bev also takes her talents to cruise ships to do  is cooking classes. She also runs a highly successful catering business used by many of the celebrities and rock stars who have homes on Maui.   She has been a welcome talent on many Crystal Cruises and soon will appear on Crystal Mozart.
