Crystal Bach
Crystal Bach: The first all-balcony, all-suite river ship
Snapshot
Crystal Bach, part of Crystal Cruises' fleet of new all-inclusive river yachts, debuted in 2017 and offers upscale sailings on the Rhine and Moselle rivers of central Europe.
At 443 feet long, the largest size allowed on those rivers, the yacht features a swimming pool with a sliding glass roof, multiple restaurants and 53 suites for 106 guests, including large staterooms up to 759 square feet.
Crystal Bach is the first river ship Crystal has built from scratch. The yacht and sister ships Crystal Mahler, Crystal Ravel, Crystal Debussy and Crystal Mozart make up the Crystal river ship fleet, which has been repeatedly voted “Best River Cruise Line” by the readers of Travel + Leisure magazine in its World’s Best Awards.
All-inclusive experience
Your fare covers select shore excursions, butlers, bartenders, waiters, housekeepers, gratuities, unlimited alcohol (including wine, spirits and beer), bottled water, soft drinks, meals at all restaurants, 24-hour room service, at least 60 minutes of free Wi-Fi per person per day and airport transfers to/from the ship on arrival and departure days.
Where Crystal Bach sails
Crystal Bach has resumed its 7-night “Romantic Rhine” and “Legendary Rhine” itineraries out of Amsterdam.
Highlights
Among the highlights are an indoor/outdoor pool, a full-service spa and a fitness center coupled with the high level of service, cuisine and stylish decor that Crystal is known for. Sophisticated, creative shore excursions are included as part of the experience.
Note: Crystal's river ships are generally geared toward adults, although children ages 6 months to 17 years old are welcome on board.
Dining
There are multiple eateries on board featuring Crystal’s refined cuisine. Passengers can choose to dine in the elegant Waterside Restaurant, the namesake Bistro cafés, the exclusive Vintage Room, the Cove Bar and Palm Court. Crystal will offer true open-seating dining, allowing guests to dine where they want, when they want and with whom they want.
Accommodations
All rooms on board are suites and all are above the waterline, meaning there are no bad staterooms on board. Crystal Bach offers butler service in every suite with features that include plush king-size beds that face toward the panoramic balcony windows, fine Egyptian-cotton linens, walk-in closets, full-length mirrors, ETRO robes and slippers, wall-mounted flat-screen HD televisions and Nespresso machines.
