American Cruise Lines' American Heritage cruises the Mississippi River year round. Winter cruises sail from New Orleans to Memphis, Tenn. Summer cruises feature the Northern Mississippi from St. Louis to St. Paul, Minn. Other itineraries include the Ohio River and Cumberland River.
