Say "I do" all over again during a special ceremony in Aruba.

Renew your marriage vows in amorous Aruba

Attention all lovers planning a Caribbean vacation or cruise to in Aruba in August.  Aruba is hosting its third annual Vow Renewal ceremony on pristine Eagle Beach on Aug. 21, 2019.

If you’re a romantically inclined couple eager to say "I do" all over again, it’s worth just either flyng over for a vacation or checking out to see which cruise ships stop there in August. Some 200 couples of different ages and nationalities flew to the Caribbean island nation last year to renew their vows, with women wearing white outfits suitable for the occasion or floral dresses suitable to the island’s vibe. Men are encouraged to wear white as well.

A happy island

Aruba oozes warmth with its friendly locals and laid-back lifestyle. The Vow Renewal ceremony takes place as the sun sets over the sparkling white sands of Eagle Beach and the clear azure-colored sea. A champagne reception follows.

Couples can pre-register to attend the Vow Renewal by visiting aruba.com/i-do, and you can book a love-inspired vacation package from more than 15 on-island hotel partners.

“Aruba is excited to welcome our happy couples for the Third Annual Vow Renewal on the beautiful Eagle Beach,” said Ronella Tjin Asjoe-Croes, CEO of the Aruba Tourism Authority. “Our one happy island provides romantic experiences for all couples to enjoy including beautiful white sand beaches, relaxing spas and special island adventures.

Love stories wanted and rewarded

Do you have a romantic or unusual love story to tell? If so you could win a trip to Aruba. Just write a 200- to 500-word essay and enter it online at aruba.com/us/i-do-contest. Be sure to include a photo or video that showcases your romance. The contest ends July 31, 2019.

Amorous Aruba

Aruba attracts vacationers from all over the world. It also ranks as one of the busiest cruise ports. The charming Dutch island is pretty postcard pretty with colorful houses, gorgeous beaches, tropical foliage and of course that crystal clear sea.

If you worry about storms, don’t. Aruba sits outside of the hurricane belt. There is also world-class shopping, great restaurants and sights to behold.
